I have extensive experience in both training and lecturing, having served as a Staff Training and Development Officer at UTAS Muscat, Oman, where I designed and implemented critical training programs, including Training Need Analysis and Career Development Paths, to enhance staff competencies. Prior to this, I spent over 15 years as a Lecturer at the same institution, delivering comprehensive IT-Business courses, developing curricula, and mentoring students to achieve academic and professional success.
